Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees.

Though the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL
Procurement:
The procurement Team shall identify first the materials to be used on site by reading the drawing, employer’s requirement, and specification,
bill of quantities and scope of works.
The materials obtained from those documents shall be sent to the
Technical personnel to be handled.
Checking of Quality Personnel:
After the approval of such material, it will be communicated to the procurement personnel to contact a selected supplier to proceed to the
delivery of such material to the site.
Before material has arrived on site on the expected date of shipment, it will be checked and inspected by the project manager.
The project manager shall ensure that the delivered material is matched to the approved material that was requested.
The project manager shall also ensure that the material is properly stored, covered if required and elevated from the ground if necessary providing
that the material will not be use immediately.
Only approved materials via material approval request shall be
used on all projects.

COVID 19 POLICY
COVID-19 PREPARATION & PREVENTION POLICY
UNRESTRICTED SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees and [customers, clients, guests, etc.]. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, we have developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Policies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. All employees are responsible for implementing these policies. The goal is to mitigate the potential transmission of COVID-19 in our workplace and community, and that requires full cooperation from our employees. These policies follow guidance developed by the World Health Organization [W.H.O.] and the Ministry of Health.
1. Employees should familiarize themselves with the common symptoms of COVID-19 and monitor for those. If any symptoms should develop, employees should stay home, notify their supervisor, and contact their health care provider to seek testing. If they do not have a physician, they can call 868. 800.WELL (9355) or 868. 877.WELL (9355) for testing options.

2. All employees will use the provided equipment to measure their temperature and record it on the provided log once each day upon entering the building or job site. Anyone with a temperature greater than 100.4° F should immediately leave the building, inform their supervisor of their fever, begin quarantining at home, and contact their health care provider to seek testing.

3. UNRESTRICTED SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED requires all employees to stay at least six feet apart whenever possible, regardless of if masks are being worn. If physical distancing is not possible, employees should limit the time of the contact and avoid any physical contact.
If an employee is sick or exposed….
1. UNRESTRICTED SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED has created a process for informing employees if they have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 in the workplace that requires them to quarantine for 14 days since the last exposure.
b. If an employee is made aware of an exposure to COVID-19 outside of the workplace (either by the positive individual or the Ministry of Health), they must inform their supervisor and immediately begin quarantining at home.
c. UNRESTRICTED SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED has implemented leave policies for those unable to work from home that promotes workers staying at home when they are sick, when household members are sick, or when required by a health care provider or the Ministry of Health to isolate or quarantine themselves or a member of their household
